Yes, I didn't catch it in the video but yeah I hear the pump when I switch the bike on.

Sounds a little slow but consistent. Mine would cycle in waves, eventually getting slower and slower. I would get dash/ warning lights flickering when it cycled really slow.
Do you have a Lithium battery? Is the temp dropping below 50F where you store your bike. If yes, search here about warming up your Li battery.

I had my battery on a tender at home and I also hooked the bike up to the car battery.

To me, the electrical systems sounds fine.
It sounds like a fuel or spark issue where it just won't catch and start running despite turning over freely.

Mine had trouble like that. The starter motor clutch was worn. A tell-tale sign is an occasional loud 'clack' sound.
All good once the starter motor clutch was replaced. A common thing I'm told.

The bike started after I rolled it down a slope but then died out immediately. Going to get fuel injector cleaner.

Good call, my dealer checked the starter clutch when my starter motor went out. Apparently they were having issues with some of them.
Can you feel puffs of exhaust coming out? Is the motor turning over?
