Consensus on surging/low throttle - Rapid Bike Easy or reflash?

First time poster, be nice. :)

Looking to see if there is a consensus on how to eliminate the low throttle / surging issues on a stock Hyperstrada 939?

I did search; I didn't find a consensus. People have tried Booster Plug, Rapid Bike Easy, etc. with seemingly mixed results.

As I've not the skills to pull the tank, and BoosterPlug doesn't seem like the right solution for us, I've narrowed it down to either a Rapid Bike Easy or a bench reflash. I just want it more rideable, I have no interest in doing specific tuning.

I figured these bikes have been out for a while now. Has one solution emerged as better than the others?

Tune, air filter, pipe...sprocket if you're really serious. Even basic tune up requires pulling the tank. If it's not your daily driver, I would bite the bullet and practice pulling the tank.

T800 helped (similar to the Rapid Bike Easy) as it does a light flash of the motor, the results are good enough for me, but I do stil encounter some surging / stumbling from time to time. For the best option find a shop that can do a dyno tune, let them know how you ride it (track tune will be very different from a street tune) and get it worked out a proper flash with dyno tuning to address fueling at all points in the rev band for each gear will yield the best results.

Yeah, not hopeful that anyone within 500 miles of me will be able to do that.

I need something off-the-shelf, as it were. I know it probably won't be perfect.

I haven't run across the T800 before. Do you think it's superior to the Rexxer Evo?

I tried to contact Rexxer - nothing yet. Can't see to buy anything at their online store either.

[Edit]: Should have said Rexxer Canada. Haven't contacted Rexxer EU or USA yet.

I have heard that contacting them via email is the way to get the right stuff, never tried however. This is anecdotal US based info btw :)

After reflashing with Rexxer, the throttle and decel response is much improved. The bike is a lot smoother, coasts down better, and doesn't buck like it used to. First ride I've taken where I actually started to have fun instead of being bothered by the throttle, reminds me much more of the 2005 Multistrada and 2008 Hypermotard I rode before. Would recommend.
