i´m in the same boat...
but won´t think the worst for now, only a month has passed since ....
but i will like a bit more "information".... last reply to my email was on the 27th,
waiting for the intake to arrive... (hopefully)
I just got mine and installed it. Yes it is a pain in *** to get to the air filter but sliding that rectifier out was a good hint.
Giuseppe responded to all of my communication promptly and I am happy with his product. I just rode it with the new intake for a few minutes tonight. Feels great.
I think the best way to get a hold of him is messaging him through his Facebook page.
Can't wait to get the T800 Upmap Termignoni software. They are working on a Upmap specifically for his air intake mod and various pipe configurations.
My bike runs so much nicer then stock.

On Facebook messager. He is easy to find among all the hyper groups. He is very quick to respond to the message.
I don't do Facebook. Suckerberg is one reason, saw the movie.
Giuseppe was prompt by email originally but my last couple of queries have gone unanswered. I'm encouraged by you getting yours though...
he told me he was out in china, and could not use his mail properly..
so it may take a while for him to get acces to his mail
I don't think I trust your friend Giuseppe anymore...last correspondence he answered he said he would ship to me in June, nothing back from him on last email attempts...there goes a couple of hundred bucks for nothing...

I dont really have any connection with him other than purchasing his parts and spreading the word on how good it is. I know he sent out a mass message to everyone on Facebook explaining that the Italian postal service has been going on strike and off strike. He posted a pic of his actual post office with a sign in the window saying they were on strike as well. There are also numerous news articles about the strikes and how they have been losing packages which all lines up with his struggle. He also made a post about going to china for about a month and everything being on hold till then. I'm not sure why he isnt responding to emails but it's worth trying again so you dont actually flush money down the toilet for nothing. He explained this in a bunch of FB posts, I'm surprised he didnt explain it to others through email as well. It really is a great product and version 2.0 is supposed to come out this month. I have steadily been seeing people posting that they finally recieved theirs lately. Contact him again and see what happens. Also, it is just 1 man, Giuseppe, doing everything himself in his personal shop and he was flooded with orders when these were made public.
I'm not on Facebook and I've emailed him numerous time, including this week. Initially he was good with responding by email but now, nothing...
Here's what I think. I was too in the same situation. I didn't order one but 3 kits at the same time. I was also in contact with him through facebook and also even on the phone. I think he have too many orders to complete plus the italian post spike which make things more complicated. I waited for 2 months and finally got the parcel last week. Be patient, you will not lose your money but you need to wait
I hear you but I ordered this December 2017 and he's not answering my emails...I want to think the best of the man BUT I'm hearing nothing from him, much less seeing parts...
