Hi Guys, my install has stalled. I can’t get the last piece of plastic off (the triangular piece beneath the screen, which covers the clocks). It looks like I need to remove this to access the temp unit? Any advice or photos please?

when I installed mine, I didn't have to remove that.
IIRC, I did have to remove the instrument gauge and headlight had to come out completely (at least for me)

How do you get the cluster out?

It's been over a year since i installed my booster plug but from my fuzzy memory, i'm pretty sure i never removed the cluster. The directions from the booster plug guy is pretty lax on details and the manufacturer manual seems basic also. I remember cutting tie wraps to get at the air temp sensor and i vaguely remember having to turn the steering to the right to access things. Sorry i couldn't be more help but i'm guessing by now, you probably have it installed. If not, here are some photos from the Ducati manual.

It almost seems like you've gone as far as you need to go and may just need to move some of the wiring out of the way.

I found the Boosterplug install pretty easy from memory, but didn't feel it gave any benefits to the fueling. My Ducati guru was dismissive of its capabilities on the Strada injection setup so I went for the Rapidbike Easy. Can't say that was a major change either, so I guess my 821 was pretty well-behaved anyway!

I'm with the other guys, don't think that bit needs removing. Memory evades me but think I tried to remove it as well and also got stumped haha, but found i didn't need to anyway.
Its a case of battling the wires and shoehorning them all back in to get the headlight and fairing back on. Take your time, keep repositioning them until they fit without pinching, its not fun & will take a while.

Personally I do feel it made improvements to the low down fuelling, enough to warrant keeping it installed if not planning to go whole-hog to get it remapped etc.
It's not as smooth as a jap 4cyl, never will be, but I can now at least take on a mini roundabout in 1st gear without looking like a tit about to drop it with choppy fuelling.
So whether you notice much difference may depend on the roads you ride.

I agree with the comments about the effect from the BP being minimal and mostly at the lower end. I did also find it reduced surging at mid throttle whereas it was somewhat miserable at 110-120 km/h. I keep the bike in touring mode but have tried all the modes.

I'm at teh same stage as you, albeit to instal a SC Project AFM, but I was told there are another two screws. One behind each thick bit of loom. You can see in the parts fiche that it say 4 screws for that part.

I expect you’ve done yours by now but for the benefit of the archives, you can see the other two screw holes in the picture. They are angled down slightly so do come out okay. When reinstalling you can look at the side of the panel to guide them back in if you see what I mean.

My connector was labelled dashboard which threw me a bit, but the connector matched up so I went ahead. The plug was slightly in the way when putting the headlight back, but can be moved out if the way easily enough.

Very straightforward procedure, should not take more than 30-40 min. No need to remove the cluster. Just the fairing and the headlight.

HI ! my connector also was labeled "dashboard" ! i think and hope it was the right and only connector ! on the boosterplug site they say its on the left side..but its in the midle ! this is a bit confusing

I installed mine a month ago. Initially I didn't think it had a huge effect, but it's cleaned up the fueling at low revs. It used to be snatchy under 3,500 RPM but now it pulls cleanly from 2,000 upwards. If you don't want the flexibility of changing the whole fuel map, it's a cheapish plug and play option.
