Anyone experience with the riggedness of the larger screen connection. i think the small one is sometimes a bit wobbly. I don't want the plastic connection piece to the front end to break off.

Regards.

No issues with mine. It is a bit wobbly, but I think is design of something that can flex rather than rigid.

Have had mine on for almost 6k miles now with zero problems. There is a bit of flex/wobble inherent in its mounting, but it gives no problems in strength, reliability or performance. I love it!

I have the touring screen and its a marked improvement over the stock. Im 5'11 and the wind catches the outsideof my shoulders and hits about mid helmet. I just ordered a Puig extension to see if it helps to push the air a bit higher. Im a bit of a pansy and dont like a lot of wind pushing on my head. Will post if it helps or not once I get it and ride with it for a bit.

Cool, Cobra. I'm game for more wind protection simply because I'm usually at 80+mph hwy speeds and it's just exhausting on the upper body. I have pretty narrow shoulders but it's still taxing. 50-60 mph doesn't bother me at all and I didn't have the stock screen on long enough for a good comparo.

Which extension did you buy? Take some good shots from different angles and post as I just couldn't get a warm-fuzzy from there stock site photo's.

Gat, sounds like we ride the same. 80+ is where im comfortable. I went with the puig clip on extension so I wouldnt have to drill holes in my screen- just in case I dont like it. I think it will be fugly but if its functional I can deal with it. When it comes in I will post pics of it.
