Anyone have any idea at what temp the cooling fan kicks on? This morning I washed the Hyper, lightly blew off the rinse water with compressed air, dried with a towel, and fired up the bike to heat it up and dry off pockets of water I can't get to.
I let it idle for about 10 minutes and the temp gage hit 215 F, but the fan never kicked on. Typical riding temps are 170 - 180 F at highway speed and 205 - 218 F around town. Does that sound about right? I'm just wondering if the coolant fan is operating properly...?
