I think maybe he is asking about the 2 powerlet connectors.
I believe they were intended for accessories like heated gear or charging your phone etc. Personally, I have found that anything I plug in there eventually wiggles it's way out. For heated gear I would recommend just using you SAE battery tender connection. So... I don't use them at all.
