Repairing Radiator Connection to Hypermotard Chassis

Is it possible to repair this radiator body connection part?

I'm writing to ask for your help in repairing a broken connection between the radiator and the body .

I've attached a photo of the diagram...

There's always a way to repair anything!

Has the radiator taken a hit, or the bushing hole just cracked? It would need another plate bolted to it, since you wouldn't want to use heat on it.
 
I've attached anthor photo of the damaged connection.. I did't hit.. maybe something worng...

Made of light alloy and perhaps broken by some bad alignment/strain issues? Looks difficult to repair. If you could make a similar section from steel to fit, an epoxy adhesive like JB Weld with a self-tapping screw for reinforcement might do the job. Good luck!
