Anybody have any fitment issues with your seat? My seat doesn't sit all the way down on the rubber bumpers and is in contact with the ecu. It’s the factory seat and I purchased the race seat and it fits the same way. Only thing I can think is maybe the battery is not the correct one. Yuasa yt12b-bs. Can anybody confirm this is the oem size?

I had this problem and though that the battery was the issue, but it turned out things just hadn't been put back in place properly after the dealer had it apart. I removed the ECU, battery case and reinstalled everything making sure everything seated up well and was flush. As I recall that fixed it for that bike.
