Are they beefier than the cheap shitty stock ones? Mine busted up like potato chips, literally into pieces. Is the outer bar at least metal?

How's wind protection compared to stock? I've been eyeing the barkbusters storm guards as an option since they seem like they can take a hit and offer good protection.

Reviving this from the dead. SW-Motech doesn't offer this for the Hyper but I can't see why it wouldn't fit. Which model did you buy?

Trying to revive too. I want to put a set of handguards with LED blinkers on but the Ducati Performance ones would require me to sell a kidney. Any one know of any options out there?!

I'm third-ing this motion... need better than cheap shitty stock ones. Already broke 2 lol! I'm about to risk it & add to cart for 2016 hypermotard 993 BarkBusters but no idea if they'll really fit on my '13 hyperstrada 821.
