Termignoni in CA ???

I just called the dealer looking for a great price on a Termignoni and he says he cant sell me one due to CA emissions regs. I could always order one myself from out of state / country but does anyone have more detail on this?

Slip on

I bought mine with the bike at Moto Forza in Escondido. Not the full system, so maybe that was difference?

Called another dealer who says no issue but its $2k. Off to fleabay then

Reached out to Ducati Italy who advised I can use part 9648001B (NOT the A version). Dealer says its a valid part number but they have never got one and a search on Google confirms the part is almost non existant.
