Damnit. I wasn't going to do anything to this bike. But that is sexy right thereYes they do make a low version as well.

I love the look of the low Termi. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be available for the 939. I'm not willing to lose the bags for the high pipe.

True. I like to have the option of using the panniers. Its available for the 939 Marty. Got it on mine.

Didj do you have a link? My dealer couldn't find a low for the 939 and I haven't seen one on all the normal sites. Found only for the 821. High only for the 939.

if it fits the 821 it also should fit the 939.
a stock 821 exhaust also fits the 939.

I figured the low would would fit the 939 but there must be some reason Ducati or the parts houses are only listing it for the 821. I'll reach out to my dealer and see if it effects the warranty or not. If they give me the go ahead I would love to put one on my bike as I think it really looks the part.

Doubt a dealer will be able to install on a 939 without voiding the warranty. I'll check at some point.

Reached out to the dealer on putting the 821 low Termi on the 939 and what effect it might have on warranty. Here's the response.
"Howdy!
Any Ducati factory accessories that are installed on the bike don't void or nullify any warranty, however, the factory accessories must match the bike. All of the exhausts come with an upgraded air filter and a flash for the stock ECU to get the bikes fueling set up for the exhaust. As Ducati doesn't offer the low mount exhaust specifically for the 939 Hyper, it is very likely that putting it on your bike would void the warranty.
I'll ask our Ducati rep if he knows when/if they'll release the low mount for your bike though. I have a feeling it's in the works.
