Anyone installed the Termignoni Exhaust for Hypermotard 698 Mono?

I drove the bike with the full termi kit a few days (dealer bike).

Compared to my own bike with Sprint filter, open airbox lid and Spark Conix Evo (real) titanium slip ons, the full termi kit:

Handles a bit smoother at low speed, but it still surges.

Gives lots of pops and bangs when down shifting and closing throttle.
(Remove the SAS system)

Has just a hair more additional power by feel.

Torque feels the same but way better than stock.

I bought the open air box lid and Sprint filter first and then went the Termi / tune route.
The air filter / lid by itself is no doubt the best bang for the buck improvement and I would encourage anyone who doesn’t want to change the exhaust to do that upgrade.
BUT - it doesn’t give the improvement in rideablity and both low down and top end power of the Termi system imho.

I seriously looked at other systems (Shift tech looks great) but none come with the ecu tune and the last thing this bike needs is to run any leaner. I’m deeply suspicious of the plug-in fuel doohickey. If a real 3rd party ecu tune ever does become available I would imagine that could be better than the Ducati one but how long do you want to wait?

The only downside for me is the obnoxious backfire that Ducati deem appropriate!

I'm considering buying a full exhaust mainly for the ECU remap, but every review I've read mentions that it's too loud, even with the dB killers. Would it be possible to modify the dB killers to further reduce the noise?
