Does the Multistrada's extra rear fender and extended chain guard work on the Hyper?

That looks legit, Zippy. Nice work!

Shame you have to burn a 4x8' sheet just for that fold. What's the specs on the material?

Including another 75 pounds of weight - no thanks!

As for the abbreviated chain guard, it is integral with the swingarm protector ("upper chain sliding shoe" in the parts list). I will look at making a small extension out of 1/16" ABS.

smooth one side, pebble grain other...not available in small pieces.

Here's where my field of expertise come in handy.

I've merged (Photoshop) the rear fender of the Multi witht he Hyper to give a visual reference and also to provide a general idea of how it may look like if done.

I'm not a fan. It's a beautiful wheel and I like the open back end. I guess I assume I'm gonna get dirty when I ride. It's either bugs in the face/shoulders, sand inside the helmet or dirt/mud up the back.

It reminds me of an old James Bond flick when Sean Connery was on a Q modified touring bike. The rear hugger soaked up jolts from a Renault full of bad guys.

Don''t think so...here are the parts diagrams:
