Show off your motorcycle helmet!

My helmet; Perfect for an Italian bike:D
Now I'm looking for a good headset. No not a Nolan kit because my wife has an other helmet. Someone experience with a Sena system?

My primary helmet is the Arai XD3.

My wife and I pulled out Autocoms and went with the SMH10 blue tooth, works really good, battery last about 8 hours or more. Charges with USB port. Range is 1/2 mile nearly. I purchased the optional earbud type plugin ($32), but the little flat speakers work really well also. They have velcro type back, so stick to your helmet in the ear area, pretty simple install compared to autocom stuff.

Got an AGV Horizon in the mail, matte black. Really like the internal sun visor showing up on more and more helmets. Solves the swap visors/ride with shades dilemma.

My previous helmet was a 2000 AGV X-Lite; a nearly $500 13 years ago. You can't spend enough on a good lid and although the Horizon isn't a premium racer, it's kinda got everything a good touring helmet needs.

Hope AGV is still as good as I remember. Never liked Arai's because every douche on a Gixxer had one and the Shoei's just look funky to me, like it's molded after the Predator's head gear or something.

i ordered this one yesterday. its a bell star made of carbon fiber. a little funky

Ohhhhh!!! Me love this one!!!!
Was thinking of ordering the Bell Flying Tiger one.. but this is even nicer looking!

Very happy with my AGV Horizon. Love the internal shades. It's a little tight on the front of my cheeks but perfectly snug otherwise. I can just barely squeeze my BT headphones in and can't imagine how I ever rode in the past without tunes/news. It has mounts for mobile speakers/mike boom but it's not something I need right now.

Im glad i found someone that liked it too!! Lol its a little radical design but it really does look good with the hyper and the airflow is amazing.

I've been running this vector for years, but I've come to the conclusion that I should have gotten a size smaller and am in the market for a new full face want something quiet as I also have an AGV AX8 DS I love for looks and slower blasts around town. Any recommendations on a super quiet helmet??

1st Shoei? Wondering if they're as good as some people say...or justify the price tag.

After using the new lid for a couple of hundred miles, my view is that it is lightweight, very comfortable, the drop down tinted visor is great. The ventilation system works superb, the peripheral vision is really good. It is quieter than my other helmets as in i don't get the horrid buffering noise that hurts your ears at speed, but it isn't as quiet as I expected for the price!!
I think there is a compromise between good ventilation and noise pollution, you can't have one without the other.

I bought a decent AGV and use BT ear plugs. They block wind noise and I log lots of hwy miles and enjoy tunes/podcasts. My lid (Horizon) is ready for speakers and comms but don't think the convienience trade off will be worth noise at speed.

I have fitted a bluetooth headset into the GT Air, it already had recess for speakers, I use it for the sat nav and occasional passenger, works well even at speed, I should try some tunes through it, but its only cheap system and speakers not the best quality. It would ruin some good tunes + feel i could loose some concentration if i was listening to tunes.

I have done the same thing and dont know why I waited so long.

Good tunes turn a good ride into a great ride in my book. Beats white noise of 80mph wind blowing through your lid.
