This is mine, a Schuberth S2

Best and most quiet helm I had so far :p

I have a pair of Schuberth C3 Pro Flip Up Helmets with the Schuberth integrated Bluetooth. Very comfortable and very quiet.

Matt Black

Sorry no pix, but not exciting to look at!

No pix. please...I'm trying to stay incognito...:p

I wore white Shoeis for many years, simply because of the visor removal was so easy. They had a patent on this that ran out, and others have copied it.

Shoeis have traditionally been shaped to fit a rounder head shape compared to, say, Arai. But my first full-face helmet was an original Bell Star with a non-openable window, raced in one circa 1972. So when Bell introduced the new Star we got a pair. Silver, matches our leathers and does not clash with any of the bikes.

One big advantage of the Bell is the photochromic shield. Not cheap to replace, but now I never have to carry a spare.

BTW I am still looking for one of the original "koi" design open faced Bells, but it looks like the magazine guys sucked them all up! Size large...

Here's what I'm working with for now. Shoei RF-1100 in matte black with a gold iridium visor. It's quite comfortable, has good air flow, decent wind noise reduction, and with the Sena Bluetooth pumping in the tunes, I can ride all day :)

Shoei GT Air

One of mine...it has a built-in dark shield that easily drops down and back up. Love it!

Good one!!

Just got the Caberg Tourmax delivered from Italy and first impression was "fck is it ok"? The boxes had been through the ringer for sure. Luckily the helmet had no damage at all. I haven't gone for a ride but the quality is very nice compared to my last cheapo Built Explorer and doesn't have the harsh industrial smell. The dimensions are larger and run wider from Japanese and Chinese brands I've owned in the past. So far I feel good about the buy! Hope to replace the cheek pads with the pump style.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1403539571.698661.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1403539585.098489.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1403539597.164676.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1403539605.881337.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1403539613.798764.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1403539623.299047.jpg
