I've been making decent progress. Updated the light housing CAD - 90% done. Working on a custom circuit board right now, which is a bit of a struggle. It's going to increase the electronics cost by about 10x but a easier to assemble, replace, and is more efficient.

Really glad to hear about your progress kuksul! I bet you'll be glad to be free of all those hours of soldering work with the new PCB design!!
I was just admiring my v1 set a couple of hours ago when parked outside work; I've been so happy with them. They make me so visible in the city which is so important when travelling at night in the kind of deluge we've been having here for the last couple of days.
All you guys on the list, you're gonna have a real treat coming your way soon! Very glad to see so many others will get the chance to run a set of these.

I'm happy to report that I made some good progress on the lights 
I got the prototype PCB designed. This was a major hurdle since I needed to learn new software and apply a ton of electronics knowledge.

Will be interesting to see how the 2016 looks.
I get my PCB this week or next. Let's hope it works. I might be able to get an even earlier start on the lights than I planned!
I'm thinking of making sort of a "generic" version that is not hyper-specific. Of course there are plenty of generic options out there.
What's your other bike?
Fifteen! Can't believe it! Makes this project that much more worth it. I am putting my all into delivering the highest quality kit.

Sure. The postage costs more than within the US but it's not too bad.

I'm getting closer to a final product here, and wanted to get any last input before finalizing the design. Anything in particular you would like to see, functional or styling-wise? I'm still open to making small tweaks to bring it closer to perfection.
