Hi all

Does anybody know if there´s any improvement for my low version hyperstrada at the front fork???

When I push hard, specially braking I feel rebounds in the front and it makes more dificult cornering.

the front wheel travel in normal version is 150mm, but in the lower version it´s 130mm.

Maybe a progressive spring can help but I don´t know how long is this spring in the low version.

I made a mistake and bought the lower version Hyperstrada and the deep dive is really sucks! Plus the low seat always push you forward to the tank. I bite the bullet and change the front motard fork as the rear suspension is the same height as the Hypermotard.

I feel much better now.

Unfortunately the parts manual does not show the fork internals. The outers and sliders seem to be the same, but there is a part in there that limits the travel. Also, the spring rate is 2/3 of what is needed for a typical rider and there is too much compression damping and not enough rebound. But I'm sure that you have someone in Spain that can fix that!

If I dig into the mess on my desk I can probably find the spring specs for my Racetech setup. What do you weigh?
