Autotune adjusts on top of the base map, within limits. You can set these limits. So if you have a '10' in a cell on the base map, and the autotune map is '-5', the result would be '5' in that region.
Loaded your map and table settings. At first it felt very healthy, but after a hard ride in the heat, it bounced low on the RPM band at idle again. I do think the choking at 3500-5500 rpm is gone/ better.

At idle or 0 throttle it shouldn't make a difference what map you have. You might want to check for a vacuum leak where you plugged the air canister lines. I'm not entirely sure how this bike does the idle control but cleaning the throttle bodies and idle circuit can help with weird idle issues.
